    A forerunner in the PPE industry of India today was once a start-up operating out of a shared office space. A lot of things have changed since then - geographies, government, economies, and people. Mallcom has grown to become a perfect blend of professionally managed family business. Mallcom has family members who have become professionals and professionals who have become family members. However, there are certain things which have remained unchanged ever since and shall continue to do so - the firm’s values. Mallcom was built not on the basis of its products, technology, sales or quality, rather it was built on three core values. These core values form the nucleus of the company with the founder as its foremost flagbearer. It is these values that help the employees work relentlessly, that help them sail through turbulence, and that helps shape the company’s future.
